Pictables app for iPhone and iPad

Pictables is a unique Picture Pronunciation Word Game.

For each puzzle, a series of images are presented that help form a common phrase of one or more words.

Phrases include famous people, places, things, historical events, etc..

Players are awarded token points each time they correctly guess the phrase.

Players can spend their tokens to view the image sequences additional times or to see hints.

Each puzzle ends when the player guesses the phrase correctly or "gives up". In either case, the correct answer is displayed along with interesting trivia related to the puzzle answer.

If the player runs out of token points, they may spin a "wheel of fortune" to get more tokens or optionally buy a bag of tokens.

The puzzles are brain teasers. The images often only provide a general idea of what the actual sound of the word, or even portion of the word is. For example, a picture of the Sun, might actually represent the word "Some".
